Must be over 18 years of age, have or be able to obtain a current food handler’s card, have experience as a line cook, have reliable transportation and have a flexible schedule.
MUST BE: Punctual, reliable, honest, work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, take direction well, able to lift 40+ lbs, team oriented, motivated, able to work any and all events and hours needed, detail oriented, organized, a self-starter, able to work a meat slicer, and need limited supervision.
Duties include but are not limited to: Preparation of all items on our lunch, happy hour, and event menus efficiently, making sure there is enough food prepped for the next workers, washing dishes, proper kitchen sanitation, maintaining inventory, and working closely with all staff.

MUST BE: Reliable, punctual, honest, able to work any and all shifts, outgoing/friendly, able to work quickly and efficiently, work well with others, able to lift 30+ lbs, need little instruction, able to stay busy/motivated during slow times, able to handle a high volume of customers at once, able to multitask, willing to follow dress code, able to count back change, and consistently give customers/members a pleasant experience.
